Rise & Thrive™ is built for organisations that genuinely want to invest in the advancement of women leaders. Its primary participants are mid-to-senior women poised for growth, supported by HR, OD and executive sponsors who want measurable talent mobility, retention and cultural change. 


Clients typically see measurable shifts within 6–12 months: improved promotion rates, stronger leadership pipeline readiness, reduced attrition among high potential women and enhanced sponsorship engagement. The full strategic impact unfolds over 12–24 months as cultural change deepens. 


We design with adult learning, psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics in mind. Each module includes actionable experiments, peer pods, digital nudges, reflection loops, executive accountability and real work assignments. We architect, measure and scaffold progress rather than rely on one-off workshops. 


Sponsor and senior leader involvement is key. We provide sponsor/manager enablement sessions, briefings, mid-programme check-ins and alignment workshops to ensure the leadership ecosystem is ready to receive, recognise and support participants’ elevated contributions. 


Rise & Thrive™ goes beyond awareness. We integrate systems change, commercial fluency, intersectional inclusion and future-of-work leadership: not simply “fixing women”, but transforming how organisations develop, promote and retain them. 


Many clients begin with a pilot cohort of 10-15 women. The design is modular and scalable, you can roll out additional cohorts or expand across departments while maintaining quality, shared culture and consistency. 


Programme support includes peer networks and ongoing nudges to embed and sustain behavioural change. Post-programme, we offer impact reviews and “next step” roadmaps to embed learning. Our Pilot+ package includes cohort coaching pods and sponsorship activation. The full strategy partnership enables customisable systemic change initiatives and alumni forums, with optional executive coaching at any stage.


We offer flexible tiered delivery models (Pilot, Pilot+, Full Strategy) with clearly defined deliverables: diagnostics, design, modules, sponsor activation, metrics and evaluation. You will receive a proposal detailing scope and value for your context. 


All sessions are facilitated with strict confidentiality and psychological safety practices. We use peer coaching circles, small group breakouts, trained facilitators and anonymised benchmarking so participants feel trusted and safe to explore growth. 


Rise & Thrive™ is designed with sustainability in mind. We build sponsor accountability, embed processes (promotion review, sponsorship frameworks) and structure alumni communities and impact reviews to ensure cultural and behavioural persistence.
