Rise & Thrive™ is built for organisations that genuinely want to invest in the advancement of women leaders. Its primary participants are mid-to-senior women poised for growth, supported by HR, OD and executive sponsors who want measurable talent mobility, retention and cultural change.

We design with adult learning, psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics in mind. Each module includes actionable experiments, peer pods, digital nudges, reflection loops, executive accountability and real work assignments. We architect, measure and scaffold progress rather than rely on one-off workshops.
Sponsor and senior leader involvement is key. We provide sponsor/manager enablement sessions, briefings, mid-programme check-ins and alignment workshops to ensure the leadership ecosystem is ready to receive, recognise and support participants’ elevated contributions.

Many clients begin with a pilot cohort of 10-15 women. The design is modular and scalable, you can roll out additional cohorts or expand across departments while maintaining quality, shared culture and consistency.
Programme support includes peer networks and ongoing nudges to embed and sustain behavioural change. Post-programme, we offer impact reviews and “next step” roadmaps to embed learning. Our Pilot+ package includes cohort coaching pods and sponsorship activation. The full strategy partnership enables customisable systemic change initiatives and alumni forums, with optional executive coaching at any stage.
